Custom-Made Products:

• All items are handmade and made-to-order. Slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are a part of the uniqueness of handmade art.

Order Confirmation:

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery:

• We dispatch orders via reputed courier partners. Delays due to courier/logistics are beyond our control, but we will do our best to support you.

Damage Claims:

• Any claims of damage must be supported by a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the parcel.

Intellectual Property:

• We retain the right to showcase photos/videos of your custom artwork on our website and social media, unless specifically requested otherwise in writing with valid reasoning.

Use of Products:

• Our products are for decorative purposes only unless stated otherwise. Keep away from water, direct sunlight, and heat sources.
